Brick Cape Cods

Continuing along the same vein as my previous post, I've been doing some research about Cape Cod architecture. These are some common features of the style:
  • 1 or 1&1/2 Stories
  • Steep roof
  • Double-hung windows with multiple small panes
  • Shutters
  • Hardwood floors
  • Symmetrical appearance with large central chimney
  • Front door in center & central hall plan
  • Cape Cod Revival homes (1930's - 1950's) added dormer windows
These are some charming examples of brick Cape Cod Revival homes:

I'd love to live in any one of the above. How would I define the Cape Cod style? One word: COZY.
