No? Too bad, you're getting them anyway. These are my picks for top 5 best dressed at the 2011 Oscars, with zero explanation. I just know what I like when I see it. That's all.
Mila Kunis in Elie Saab

Gwyneth Paltrow in Calvin Klein Collection

Sandra Bullock in Vera Wang

Cate Blanchett in Givenchy Couture

Hilary Swank in Gucci Premiere
Mila Kunis was definitely my fav look of the night! And apparently Cate Blanchett is getting some flack for her dress (on other sites), but I thought she looked beautiful and I loved the beading!
ReplyDeleteI really like Mila for her role in Black Swan and her dress fits her perfectly!
ReplyDeleteNot so sure about the Givenchy Cate wore...
I know some of the fashion police aren't keen on Cate's Givenchy, but I love that it's the most unique dress that came down the red carpet.
ReplyDeleteCheck the Givenchy website for photos of the entire Haute Couture Spring 2011 Collection:

I can't say I loved Cate's quite as much. But the rest of your picks are exactly as I chose! I also loved the red/orange dress on Jennifer Hudson.
ReplyDeleteThis year the red carpet was way more interesting than the show itself!
