macFAB New Location

For anyone wondering where they went, macFAB Fabrics (formerly located at Queen & Bathurst) have recently opened in a fabulous new location at 755 Queen Street East, just east of Broadview:

The new location formerly housed Jimmy's Place Bar & Grill, but you'd never know it. A fresh coat of silver paint on the tin ceiling and 6 sparkling chandeliers lend the space a glamorous atmosphere:

macFAB is continuing to build on an already extensive fabric library, with a impressive selection of designer fabrics such as Waverly, Kravet and Robert Allen:

There are also hundreds of unique cotton prints and colourful trims available at macFAB - so many that it's difficult to select just one colour theme. Generally these prints come in standard 45" widths and are affordably priced:

When I visited the shop this past Saturday, the sales staff were welcoming, courteous and friendly. Lola was most helpful, and hopefully she'll be able to find that Kravet Hemiola print I've been searching for. Thanks, Lola!!
